Un-witnessed - Ashes will be scattered above an area of your choosing. You will be notified of the scheduled date we have chosen for the scattering.
Witnessed - While loved ones watch from the ground ashes will be scattered above an area of your choosing . The service is scheduled at a mutually agreed upon date and time. This allows for an unlimited number of friends and family to gather at the location in which the witnessed ash scattering will occur.

We will scatter the ashes from an airplane in a remote area away from trails streams, rivers and roads. If scattering is to take place over private property written permission must be obtained in advance. We are happy to help with getting the needed forms.
Based east of Portland Oregon Autumn Sky Aviation is close to the cities of Hood River, White Salmon and The Dalles. Our Cessna Skyhawk is in a hanger at The Dalles airport and is one of the aircraft we use to scatter ashes.
